Job Overview

NOW HIRING – Class A Driver (North Franklin, CT)

Position

Immediate opening for an OTR Class A Driver (team driving). Dedicated routes, $2,400 per trip, 26–32 trips/year. Over 20 weeks of home time, with opportunities for extra trips.

Pay & Benefits

  • $62,400–$76,800 annually

  • Guaranteed weekly payroll

  • Health Insurance (after 90 days) + HSA

  • 401(k) with match (after 1 year)

  • Modern trucks (2020+ Freightliner Cascadia with reefer trailers)

    • Responsibilities

  • Drive 53" reefer trailers cross-country as a team

  • Follow DOT regulations with E-logs (tablet provided)

  • Complete pre/post-trip inspections

  • Communicate with Dispatch

  • Safely lift/push up to 50 lbs; prolonged sitting/driving required

    • Requirements

  • 21+ with valid Class A CDL & DOT medical card

  • Clean driving record preferred (insurance standards apply)

  • 1+ year tractor-trailer experience (CDL grads accepted)

  • Must pass drug/alcohol screen & background check

  • Comfortable with team driving
