Job Overview

OTR CDL-A COMPANY DRIVERS

Brothers Freight Management is hiring experienced OTR drivers.

We are looking for professional CDL-A drivers for coast-to-coast and dedicated OTR routes, including regular freight between California, Texas, the Northeast, and Southeast.

PAY & BENEFITS

  • Starting Pay: $0.68 Per Mile

  • Stop pay

  • Consistent OTR miles

  • Newer equipment

  • Dry van and reefer freight

  • Established coast-to-coast lanes

  • NEWER EQUIPMENT

    • Drive 2024 or newer equipment, including:

  • Kenworth T680 Diamond Package

  • Peterbilt 579

    • AVAILABLE ROUTES

  • Massachusetts / Texas

  • Massachusetts / North Carolina

  • Texas / Massachusetts

  • Texas / New York

  • Texas / North Carolina

  • North Carolina / Texas

  • Ohio / New York

  • Massachusetts / Ohio

  • California / Texas

  • Texas / California

  • California / Massachusetts

  • Massachusetts / California

  • Coast-to-coast routes with regular Northeast freight

    • DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

    Must have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.

    We are looking for experienced OTR drivers who are comfortable running long-haul routes and want strong mileage, newer trucks, and consistent freight.
