Job Overview

Mustard Seed Federal Group

Join our team as a CDL A Team Driver and run freight nationwide in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. You’ll operate automatic tractors with no-touch freight, ensuring safe, on-time deliveries. Double endorsement is required to road test, but you can still apply without it.

Big Slab, an independent FedEx contractor, is committed to safety, maintenance, and reliable service. We’re looking for dependable, self-motivated drivers seeking consistent work and strong pay. This is an OTR team position with FedEx Line Haul directing loads from one destination to the next.

Schedule:

  • Dedicated: Saturday & Sunday

  • Dispatch Time: ~9:00 PM

  • Return Time: ~12:00 PM next day

  • Miles: ~762 miles round trip

  • Home Time: Daily (between runs)

  • Additional: Unassigned run Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

    • Pay & Compensation:

  • $0.80 CPM (split between team)

  • Minimum Guarantee: $1,200/week per driver

  • Consistent miles + reliable schedule

  • Weekly pay

  • Health Benefits after 1 year
