J&J Oil Company is hiring 

CDL Class A Drivers / Owner Operators

out of:

Des Moines, IA

We’re growing and looking for experienced Owner Operators and Regional Company Drivers who want solid freight, strong pay, and consistent work. We specialize in Step deck, RGN, Flatbed, and Conestoga freight.

Owner Operators – High Weekly Earnings

Owner Operators with their own MC (1+ year active) are welcome to join our operation.

  • Earn $8,000–$10,000 per week

  • Consistent freight lanes

    • Regional Company Drivers – Strong Pay & Home Time

    Looking for experienced regional company drivers who want flexibility and great earning potential.

  • $70,000–$140,000 per year, depending on how hard you want to run

  • Regional routes

  • Out 1–2 nights per week

  • Stepdeck, RGN, Flatbed & Conestoga freight

  • Must be able to strap, chain, and tarp

  • 3+ years driving experience required

  • Clean driving record required

    • Driver Requirements: 

  • Experience with open-deck freight

  • Ability to strap, chain, and tarp

  • Clean MVR

  • Professional and safety-focused mindset
