Job Overview

CAROLINA FLOOR SYSTEMS INC 

is hiring for CDL Class B Driver 

out of 

Charlotte, NC

We’re looking for a Class B CDL Driver who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, hit the road, and work alongside a skilled crew in a hands-on environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive a straight drive truck

  • Travel with a crew — some jobs may require overnight stays (motel provided + $25 per diem)

  • Help on-site by operating a Bobcat

  • Maintain accurate DOT paperwork and keep track of receipts

    • Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class B license

  • Must speak English (bilingual is a plus)

  • Able to work out of town when needed

  • Comfortable operating job site equipment

  • Detail-oriented with paperwork and compliance

    • Schedule:

  • Full-time

  • Schedule may vary depending on job site needs

  • Must be flexible for local and occasional overnight travel

    • Benefits:

  • Medical & Dental Insurance after 90 days

  • 401(k) plan after 1 year

  • Paid Holidays (5 per year)

  • Paid Vacation:

  • 1 week after 1 year

  • 2 weeks after 5 years
