Job Overview

NOW HIRING – Local Class A Driver (North Franklin, CT)

Position

Full-time Class A Driver based out of our Norwich, CT hub. Flexible schedule required — shifts may start late at night for early morning deliveries, or begin in the morning and run throughout the day. Local routes with occasional OTR/overnight runs (hotel provided or sleeper).

Pay & Benefits

  • $23–$25 per hour

  • Guaranteed weekly payroll

  • Health Insurance (after 90 days)

  • Modern trucks & light delivery loads

    • Responsibilities

  • Safe, on-time deliveries (local & occasional out-of-state)

  • Follow DOT regulations (E-Logs provided)

  • Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections

  • Load/unload up to 50 lbs, with some bending and lifting required

    • Requirements

  • 21+ with valid Class A CDL & DOT medical card

  • Passport required (or obtain within 30 days)

  • Acceptable driving record (2 or fewer violations in past 3 years, no DUI/DWI in past 5)

  • 1+ year CDL/OTR experience (CDL grads welcome)

  • Must pass background check & drug/alcohol screening

  • Familiarity with GPS, tablets, or routing systems
