Job Overview

Bybee Farms, LLC has immediate needs for

CDL Class A Flatbed Drivers out of:

Prosser, WA

Drivers typically stay in the truck 5 nights per week

Bybee Farms, LLC is a family-owned farming operation utilizing center-pivot irrigation and producing onions, grass seed, wheat, corn, and other row crops. After more than 40 years in business and three generations currently working on the farm, Bybee Farms continues to maintain the family values and strong work ethic that have made the company successful.

We are currently hiring experienced CDL Class A Flatbed Drivers to join our team:

Duties:

  • Safely transport agricultural products and materials using flatbed trailers.

  • Properly secure loads using chains, straps, binders, and tarps.

  • Perform tarping and load securement duties as required.

  • Stay overnight in the truck approximately 5 nights per week.

  • Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance.

  • Fuel vehicle daily and maintain cleanliness of assigned equipment.

  • Comply with all DOT regulations, company policies, and safety requirements.

  • Maneuver equipment safely into loading and unloading locations.

  • Collect and verify delivery instructions and paperwork.

  • Report defects, accidents, violations, or maintenance concerns promptly.

  • Operate newer, well-maintained equipment.

  • Competitive compensation package.

  • Benefits available after 60 days.

    • Requirements:

  • Valid CDL Class A License.

  • Minimum of two years of verifiable Class A driving experience.

  • Previous flatbed experience required.

  • Previous tarping experience required.

  • Must be proficient operating a manual transmission.

  • Strong commitment to safety and professionalism.

    • Due to insurance regulations, we are only able to accept applicants with a minimum of two years of verified Class A driving experience. Flatbed and tarping experience are required.
