Bower Contracting is Hiring Local and Regional

CDL Class A Truck Drivers

out of:

Wintersville, OH

Bowers Contracting is the preferred choice for heavy equipment moving, crane services, and heavy hauling throughout the Ohio Valley.

Hiring Local or Regional CDL Class A drivers:

  • We are looking for a local/regional driver capable of hauling equipment/machinery

  • We specialize in lowboys, drop decks, drop deck stretch, flat and flat stretch type trailers as well as dump trucks

  • Legal loads and Oversize/Overweight loads

  • Home most nights of the week and every weekend

  • Pay is hourly and paid weekly

  • Benefit and pension plan

    • Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Conduct daily pre trip inspections

  • Conduct daily post trip inspections

  • Complete daily log

  • Complete daily vehicle inspection reports

  • Complete daily time cards and list mileages

  • Comply with all DOT and company rules and regulations

  • Load securement

    • Qualifications and Skills:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Must pass pre-employment physical and drug and alcohol screening

  • CDL license in good standing

  • No DWI/DUI in last 5 years

  • Knowledge of load securement
