Job Overview

Transportation Dispatcher– Newark,OH

Transportation Dispatcher

Truck One, Inc. is looking for a friendly, outgoing, and detail-oriented person responsible for our operations located in Newark, OH

Job Duties include but not limited to:

  • Work closely with shippers and customer service to achieve flexible and responsive scheduling of equipment and personnel

  • Scheduling drivers and assigning deliveries and equipment to maximize efficiency.

  • Review logs, update load information & update customer portals

  • Secure backhaul lanes for maximum equipment utilization

  • Control and coordinate the repair and maintenance of company trailers and equipment.

  • Enforce company safety guidelines, employment policies and maintain performance records for drivers and contractors.

  • TMW Software Visual Dispatch experience a plus.

  • Standard work hours: Monday through Friday; 7:00 am – 5:00 pm.
