Job Overview

Supervisor / Dispatcher (Full-Time)

Location: Pensacola, FL (In Person)

MAF Expedited, a heavy-weight air freight carrier, is seeking a reliable and organized Supervisor/Dispatcher to join our team. This is a key role supporting daily operations, coordinating with drivers, and delivering excellent service to our freight forwarding partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for timely freight movement

  • Communicate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth operations

  • Provide high-level customer service via phone and email

  • Monitor shipments and address any issues in real time

  • Support drivers with routing, scheduling, and problem-solving

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (phone and email required)

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Solid computer skills

  • Knowledge of Pensacola and surrounding areas preferred

  • Transportation or logistics experience is a plus

    • Schedule

  • Monday to Friday

  • 10-hour shifts
