Hauling Solutions, Inc. is hiring a driven Waste Consultant to grow and manage commercial dumpster business across North Carolina. This role is ideal for a relationship-first sales professional with waste or roll-off industry experience who knows how to get in front of decision-makers and close.

What You’ll Do

  • Generate new local business and expand existing accounts

  • Build strong relationships with contractors, developers, property managers, and commercial clients

  • Meet clients face-to-face and represent the company professionally

  • Sell roll-off dumpster solutions and manage a healthy sales pipeline

  • Work with major accounts including national brands and regional operators

    • What We’re Looking For

  • Waste or roll-off dumpster industry experience preferred

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to access and influence decision-makers

  • Confident, personable, and professional communicator

  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently

  • College degree a plus but not required with relevant industry experience
