Hauling Solutions, Inc. is hiring for an Office Coordinator

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!

Location: Wilson, NC

Hauling Solutions is a company focused on providing North Carolina with quality roll-off dumpsters backed by exceptional customer service. We work with major accounts such as Target, Walmart, Bridgestone, and more.

Office Coordinator:

Requirements & Duties:

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks.

  • Assist with scheduling, invoicing, and record-keeping.

  • Provide excellent customer service over the phone and in person.

  • Support the operations team with coordinating deliveries and pickups.

  • Maintain and organize files, contracts, and other company documents.

  • Must have strong communication skills and be professional and personable.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

  • Basic computer and office software knowledge required.

  • Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Pay:

  • Competitive annual base pay.
